Exploiting Microsoft's password reset utility, IIT users can easily solve account password issues autonomously.
Instructions
STEP 1 (registration)If you haven't registered yet, please visit https://aka.ms/ssprsetup in your web browser and complete the sign-up process using your existing IIT credentials (name.surname@iit.it and the password you normally use to login to your computer).
You will be asked to provide a mobile phone number or an alternate e-mail address.
STEP 2 (password reset)
Once you're registered you can visit https://aka.ms/sspr to reset or unlock your password from any device.
A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number or alternate e-mail address provided during the registration process.
